This privacy policy informs you about the processing of personal data by Moonfare GmbH and its affiliates ("Moonfare"). It applies when you request information about Moonfare, become a Moonfare client, use the Moonfare platform available at https://www.moonfare.com or any of its subdomains (the "Platform"), view content on the Platform, or otherwise interact with Moonfare.

(together, the "Moonfare Group"), as well as any fund vehicle (each, a "Fund") in which you may invest via the Platform. This privacy policy applies regardless of the domains, platforms or devices used (e.g. desktop, mobile).
We inform you about the processing of your personal data and the rights to which you are entitled under the European General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and other applicable data protection laws. "Personal data" as defined by the GDPR is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, e.g. name, address, email or identification details.
This policy also uses further GDPR-defined terms such as processing, profiling, pseudonymisation, controller, processor, recipient, third party, consent, supervisory authority and international organisation. Definitions are in Article 4 GDPR.
